HOW TO CLAIM
Three steps. One purchase record. No second trip to the store.
Purchase one of the qualifying Toshiba Enterprise HDD models during the offer period, online or through an Umart store.
Your invoice or receipt must show Umart, the purchase date and the qualifying product. Keep the serial number visible where it is shown.
Submit your details, model, serial number and proof of purchase before 14 August 2026. Approved claims receive the gift card by email.
PURCHASE REGISTRATION
Have your Umart invoice and the drive serial number nearby. Claims are checked against the purchase record before a gift card is issued.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
The information below covers the purchase and claim process.
The offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over and Australian businesses with an Australian delivery address. Employees of Umart, Toshiba and the agencies involved in this promotion are excluded.
Your receipt or tax invoice must show Umart, the purchase date and the qualifying Toshiba model. Keep the original document until your claim has been approved.
After the claim is checked, the Umart digital gift card is sent to the email address entered on the claim form within 30 days of approval.
Yes. The limit is one claim per qualifying drive and a maximum of two approved claims per person or business. Each drive must have its own eligible purchase record.
OFFER STATUS
The Toshiba Enterprise HDD capacity reward has closed. The claim period ended on 14 August 2026 and no further claims can be submitted.
If you submitted a claim before the deadline, the outcome is sent to the email address entered on the claim form. Approved gift cards are issued within 30 days of approval.
